Contractual framework and Lexiane's manifesto for sovereign AI.

1. Purpose

These terms define the access to services provided by Lexiane, specialized in On-Premise AI and digital sovereignty.

2. Sovereignty Commitment

Lexiane commits to vertical mastery:

  • Hardware: Direct physical control of the hardware.
  • Core Auditable (White-Box): The only guarantee of sustainability and auditability.
  • Data Mastery: Transforming raw documents into structured and durable assets.

3. Limitation of Liability

Lexiane strives to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. However, the user is solely responsible for their use of the information present on this site.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the Commercial Court of Chambéry shall have sole jurisdiction.
